These Terms and Conditions govern access to EduDesk CRM for online workal service agencies. The platform supports custom task management, request follow-up, document organization, client communication, payment tracking, and subscription-based Portal use.تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام EduDesk CRM لطلبات إديو ديسك CRM. تدعم المنصة إدارة الطلبات الأونلاين، طلبات العميل، المستندات، التواصل مع العملاء، متابعة المدفوعات، واستخدام النظام بالاشتراك.

1. Use of the service

Agencies must use the portal only for lawful online workal service, administrative, and client-communication purposes.

2. Agency account separation

Each agency workspace is separated from other agency workspaces. Users must not attempt to access another agency account or misuse client data.

3. Trial access

The Portal may be provided as a free trial for three months. After the trial period ends, access may be limited until the client activates a paid plan or receives written approval for extension.

4. Client data

Agencies are responsible for client consent, accurate records, lawful document handling, and protecting login credentials.
