Information is used to provide the Portal service, manage agency workspaces, respond to registration requests, support onboarding, and improve service quality.

3. Data separation

Portal records are linked to an agency account ID so that each client can access only its own workspace data.

4. Responsibility

Agencies should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information and should follow their own consent, privacy, and data-protection policies.
